The Keysight 11713B Attenuator/Switch Driver provides control of 2 programmable attenuators and 2 SPDT switches and can also be used to independently manage up to 10 switches, all via remote control or directly on the front panel.



Designed for benchtop and ATE environments, this flexible, self-contained driver offers an intuitive user interface, a variety of switching options, software programmability and remote control functions for quick and easy design validation and automated testing .
