Streamcore offers a comfortable solution in all areas. It is easy to configure and is not too expensive.




With its StreamGrommer range, Streamcore offers a balanced solution. This indeed achieves good performance in all test compartments. It also constitutes the cheapest solution for three sites. The efficiency of the QoS is very satisfactory, the optimization technologies are rich: native prioritization of interactive transitions over long data transfers, TCP multiplexing, immediate acknowledgment of TCP requests in 'fast start' mode, and compression. Very simple in principle, the configuration method consists of weighting each application session by a relative weight (10, 100, 1000, etc.) corresponding to the priority that we want to assign to it and which will be proportional to the bandwidth received in time real. The bandwidth value can be set absolutely, as in the case of VoIP streams. Little extras: these devices are the only ones to do routing and offer offline administration on small boxes. Centralized administration is carried out using a dedicated SGM R500 server, essential in the case of a multi-site configuration.
