DISCOVOICE 2000s from DISCOFONE are interactive voice systems with the basic functions of voice mail, automatic switching, announce before answer, multi-line answering machines and music on hold.
The D 2000 SOHO and JUNIOR variants are the smallest, non-expandable configurations with 2 analog channels and 2 hours of voice memory.
The D 2000 SENIOR version, for its part, can be equipped with 2 to 4 channels and 4 to 6 hours.
The systems are connected analogously to all common PBX systems.
The built-in Windows programming tool allows for quick customization or installation.
Remote service is possible via a built-in modem.
Communication with the systems is carried out via DTMF and/or voice dialing.
A graphical interface under Windows allows the creation of individual mediation applications
